Thank you for participating in our annual spring fundraiser! We are accepting donations of new items, experiences, services or gift certificates for our Auction. To make a donation, please complete the information below and press "Submit."

After May 1st we can not promise to include donor names in the event program book.

If you are donating a class, activity, or event that has a maximum number of participants, please indicate the maximum number, the cost per person, and the total value.
**NOTE** We request any expiration date be at least 10 months following our May 18th, 2025 event.
Please list the name as it should appear in the program book.
If you are mailing in your donation, print out a hard copy of this form (see above for the link), fill it out, and mail with your donation to: Beth Jacob Congregation, 1179 Victoria Curve, Mendota Heights, MN 55118. If you would like to drop off your donation at Beth Jacob, please contact the synagogue office at 651-452-2226 or info@beth-jacob.org.
